Lawyer – Property, Construction & Strata Law

About the role

We are looking for an experienced lawyer to join our boutique firm and support a growing workload of property‑related matters. The position offers flexibility to work from home or the office while delivering high‑quality legal services.

Key responsibilities

• Residential and commercial conveyancing
• Handling building and construction disputes
• Managing strata and broader property law matters
• Conducting legal research and preparing documentation
• Corresponding with clients and managing case files

Required profile

• 1‑5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE)
• Experience in at least one area: conveyancing, property law, construction law or strata law
• Strong attention to detail and excellent drafting ability
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage files and deadlines independently
• Proactive and professional work approach
• Experience with NSW conveyancing and electronic settlements (PEXA) is highly regarded
