About the role

Persol is recruiting qualified lawyers for a range of positions across Western Australia. Candidates must hold a current unrestricted practising certificate and will be placed with established law firms in areas such as commercial law, wills & estates, litigation & disputes, family law, employment law and personal injury.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality legal advice and representation to clients in the assigned practice area.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, pleadings, settlements and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research, prepare briefs and support court or tribunal proceedings.
• Manage client relationships and maintain confidentiality.
• Collaborate with senior partners and other team members to deliver effective solutions.

Required profile

• Current unrestricted practising certificate in Australia.
• Admission to practice law in Western Australia.
• Demonstrated experience in one or more of the listed practice areas.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
