Lawyer – Litigation or Property (Associate/Senior Associate)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified lawyer to join our Queensland strata team in either Brisbane or the Gold Coast. The successful candidate will manage an independent caseload in litigation, property, dispute resolution or transactional advisory under the supervision of senior partners.

Key responsibilities

• Handle cases or transactions from inception through to resolution.
• Provide high‑quality legal advice and representation in litigation and property matters.
• Prepare legal documents, conduct research and draft correspondence.
• Collaborate with partners and support teams to deliver client‑focused outcomes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year post‑qualification experience (1 PQE) in litigation, property or transactional advisory.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Excellent legal writing, research and communication skills.
• Alignment with the firm’s values and commitment to professional service.
