About the role
You will work closely with clients, counsel and experts on a wide range of contentious matters, including insolvency and restructuring disputes, class action proceedings, commercial and shareholder litigation, as well as regulatory investigations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage insolvency and restructuring disputes.
- Lead and support class action proceedings.
- Handle commercial litigation and shareholder disputes.
- Assist with regulatory and investigations‑related matters.
- Participate in court proceedings, mediations and negotiated resolutions.
- Draft pleadings, evidence, correspondence and legal advice.
Required profile
- 2–3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
- Strong drafting, research and analytical abilities.
- Confidence in client interaction and managing competing deadlines.
- Proactive, commercial mindset and team‑focused approach.
