Migration Agent – Visa & Migration Consultancy

About the role

AECC is expanding its global footprint and seeks a Migration Agent for its Melbourne office. You will guide students and clients through education and migration pathways, handling the full visa process from consultation to lodgement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage existing client cases while building a new customer base within your territory.
• Collaborate with registered Migration Agents and Education Consultants to achieve positive outcomes.
• Research, plan and contribute to marketing content and activities.
• Handle the entire visa process, including AAT applications and responses to natural justice letters.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years experience in migration or education consultancy.
• Current registration as a Migration Agent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, bilingual preferred.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously and prioritize multiple active cases.

Required skills

• Knowledge of a wide range of visas (student, temporary graduate, visitor, partner, skilled migration, employer‑sponsored, skill assessment).
• Ability to handle AAT applications and respond to Department of Home Affairs correspondence.
