Lawyer (2-4PQE) – Commercial & Projects

About the role

Join a market‑leading practice advising owners and operators of Australia’s most significant transport, logistics and strategic assets. You will work on commercial transactions, procurement, project delivery and regulatory matters across airports, rail, ports, telecommunications and digital infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a broad range of commercial transactions, from acquisitions and structuring to contract negotiation and long‑term asset management.
• Provide strategic advisory services and support client secondments to gain in‑house commercial experience.

Required profile

• 2–4 years post‑admission experience in a leading commercial law firm.
• Excellent academic credentials and experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Strong commercial judgement, ability to manage competing priorities and deliver exceptional client service.
• Genuine interest in advising owners and operators of major transport, logistics and strategic assets.
