Knowledge Coach – Workforce Transformation – Senior Consultant

About the role

The Knowledge Coach will guide the Offshore Change Management Team, ensuring delivery quality meets and exceeds client expectations. This senior consultant role bridges client knowledge to offshore resources and supports team capability uplift.

Key responsibilities

• Advise consultants on delivery best practices, SOPs and mandatory artefacts.
• Review delivered collaterals against quality benchmarks and address gaps.
• Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions to enhance offshore team capabilities.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer from client to offshore team.
• Set up Power BI dashboards and reporting metrics on team performance.

Required profile

• Current Infosys consultant with experience on a Financial Services (FSI) client.
• Background as a Business Analyst and hands‑on Change Management experience.
• Familiarity with Transformation Delivery Standards in the BFSI industry.
• Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid environment.

Required skills

• Power BI for data visualisation and reporting.
• Agile delivery methodology.
• Data analysis and visualisation using Power BI, Agentic AI and AI agents.
• Stakeholder management and data‑driven decision making.
