Key Account Manager – Projects

About the role

This role represents Signify's lighting offer to selected key accounts, building and fostering relationships to maximise profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver sales targets, revenue growth and profitability within assigned accounts.
• Develop account‑specific sales and strategic plans aligned with business goals.
• Establish and nurture professional relationships with key stakeholders and negotiate contracts.
• Lead joint strategic account planning processes for one‑ and three‑year periods.
• Provide accurate product, system and application knowledge to ensure solutions meet technical specifications.
• Coordinate cross‑functional Signify teams to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management or strategic sales roles.
• Proven success managing medium‑large accounts and driving profitable growth.
• Certifications in Strategic Account Management or Consultative Selling are advantageous.
