Key Account Manager – Long Term Care

About the role

Nestlé Health & Nutrition is seeking an experienced, commercially driven Key Account Manager to lead the development and execution of key account strategies across the Australian aged‑care sector. You will drive growth, build trusted partnerships and deliver nutrition solutions that improve resident outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain customer plans to achieve sales targets and market share objectives with major aged‑care accounts.
• Lead LTC channel development strategies aligned with corporate planning and aged‑care customer groups.
• Formulate action plans to respond to market, customer or consumer dynamics.
• Support the creation of category, channel and field sales plans with internal stakeholders.
• Grow existing contracts for the Health Care portfolio and manage positive relationships with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Outgoing, approachable and passionate about sales.
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Science, Dietetics, Nursing, Marketing or related discipline (preferred).
• Proven experience in account management, ideally within hospital, aged‑care, medical or pharmaceutical industries.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship‑building skills with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Full working rights in Australia and ability to travel interstate approximately once a month.
