Key Account Manager

About the role

The Key Account Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Boondall, QLD, responsible for managing and growing relationships with major customers in the electrical wholesale sector.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with key accounts and understand their business needs.
• Provide tailored product and service solutions, prepare quotes and proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
• Monitor account performance against sales targets and analyse market trends.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to pricing and contract discussions.
• Resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong account management experience with key accounts.
• Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret sales data and support business planning.
• Proven customer service, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in the electrical wholesale, trade supply, or related industry.
• Ability to work on‑site in Boondall, manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Relevant qualifications in business, sales or equivalent industry experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Experience using ERP/CRM systems for sales and account management.
