Key Account Manager – Enterprise Renewals

About the role

Monotype is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to own the renewal and upsell process for its enterprise customers. You will act as a trusted sales advisor, helping brands maximise the value of Monotype’s type and technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with existing enterprise customers across assigned territories to understand needs and present Monotype’s value proposition.
• Negotiate and close strategic renewal deals, meeting personal sales quotas and targets.
• Create detailed account plans that identify renewal and upsell opportunities.
• Review purchase orders and contracts for compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate client and prospect data in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Ambitious, organised sales professional with a proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Fluent in English and comfortable communicating with C‑Level stakeholders.
• Experience in software, technology, publishing, media, advertising or design markets is preferred.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles from demo through negotiation and closing.
