Key Account Executive

About the role

Brownes Dairy, a heritage Australian dairy brand, is seeking a Key Account Executive to support the National Business Manager. This full‑time, permanent position focuses on managing and growing key customer accounts across multiple sales channels, helping to drive the company’s next growth phase.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and act as the primary point of contact.
• Identify and develop growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure accurate information delivery.
• Track and analyse account performance, producing regular sales trend reports.
• Assist in creating sales presentations and data analysis for decision‑making.
• Gather and organise sales data to support forecasting and planning.
• Coordinate with marketing to execute promotional activities and monitor campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in a sales support role, preferably within FMCG.
• Working knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, organisational and detail‑orientation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and present confidently to customers.
• Comfortable balancing relationship‑building with administrative responsibilities.
