The Andersen Partnership is looking for an enthusiastic Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our Brisbane team. This entry‑level position offers full training, mentoring and the chance to build your own client portfolio while working in a supportive, high‑performing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and engaging talented candidates.
• Building strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Developing your own client portfolio and generating new business opportunities.
• Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement.
• Networking within your market and building a strong candidate pipeline.
• Working towards individual and team targets.
