Junior Cloud Engineer (Entry-Level / Associate)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Cloud Engineer to join our technology team remotely. This entry‑level position is perfect for recent graduates or aspiring cloud professionals who want hands‑on experience deploying and supporting cloud infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in deploying, monitoring, and maintaining cloud infrastructure.
• Support cloud‑based applications and services.
• Troubleshoot cloud, system, and network issues.
• Help with system monitoring, performance optimisation, and incident response.
• Support cloud security, backup, and disaster‑recovery processes.
• Participate in infrastructure documentation and technical reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on cloud implementation projects.
• Continuously learn and apply cloud best practices.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts.
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of Windows or Linux operating systems.
• Basic networking knowledge (DNS, TCP/IP, VPN).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop new technical skills.
