IT Support Officer

About the role

Join Turosi's growing IT team as an IT Support Officer (Level 1) based in Thomastown. You will provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support across multiple sites, helping the company’s food processing operations run smoothly while developing your skills in modern cloud and business technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support via phone, email and IT Service Desk platforms.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, desktop and mobile device issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID and core business applications.
• Configure and deploy desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
• Manage incidents and service requests within SLA timeframes.
• Assist with Business Central and SAP support.
• Support system upgrades, patching and technology rollouts.
• Create user guides, documentation and training materials.
• Deliver remote and onsite support to offices, operations and farming locations across Victoria.
• Work with external vendors and third‑party technology providers.

Required profile

• 1+ years experience in a Service Desk or Desktop Support role.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and customer‑service focus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Exposure to Active Directory and/or Entra ID administration.
