IT Support Engineer – Level 1 (Onsite & Office)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer Level 1 to provide first‑line technical assistance to our head office and residential aged‑care facilities across Victoria. This role offers a blend of onsite support at our Cheltenham office and visits to care homes, giving you broad exposure to both corporate and clinical environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1 IT support and troubleshoot user issues for staff and care‑home teams.
• Provide onsite assistance three days a week at aged‑care facilities and two days at the head office, with occasional interstate travel.
• Deploy, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers and other IT assets.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, user accounts and device onboarding/off‑boarding.
• Escalate complex incidents to senior staff and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Required profile

• Prior experience in IT support, service desk or desktop support.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and willingness to help others.
• Current Victorian driver’s licence, reliable car and ability to travel between sites.
• Valid right to work in Australia and willingness to obtain a National Police/NDIS check.

Required skills

• Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Microsoft 365 suite and administration.
• Active Directory, Entra ID and Intune management.
• Device configuration and troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, mobile devices and printers.
