IT Associate – Technical Support & AV Specialist

About the role

Braze is seeking an Information Technology Associate to provide in‑person and remote technical assistance to employees. You will support macOS/iOS devices, manage AV equipment for conference rooms, and help maintain network connectivity across the office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide IT technical support to employees both onsite and remotely, troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Mac endpoints.
• Manage in‑office AV equipment, support live events, and conduct audits of conference‑room technology.
• Handle account provisioning and de‑provisioning via Okta and Google Workspace, and support new‑employee onboarding sessions.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets, procure hardware/software, and manage devices through JAMF and Google MDM.
• Perform basic wired and wireless network troubleshooting and support office connectivity.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with the ability to multitask, prioritize issues by severity, and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail, empathy when assisting users, and clear communication via email, chat, and video.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on technical support experience in a corporate environment.

Required skills

• MacOS and iOS hardware support, including JAMF device management.
• Okta and Google Workspace account administration.
• AV equipment setup and troubleshooting for Google Meet and Zoom devices.
• Basic wired and wireless network troubleshooting.
• Experience with Google Meet, Zoom, and conference‑room technology.
