Investment Implementation Services Specialist

About the role

The Investment Implementation Services Specialist will join the Investment Services team supporting Pacific operations. Based in Sydney (or Melbourne) on a hybrid schedule, the role ensures accurate cash flow management, unit pricing review, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily cash flow activity to support liquidity and business objectives across Pacific clients.
• Prepare, analyse and review cash flow forecasts and reports, delivering clear insights to Client Consulting Teams.
• Lead review and peer‑review processes for cash flow data to maintain accuracy, integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders and service providers to resolve discrepancies and improve cash‑management outcomes.
• Monitor internal controls, risk‑management practices and compliance requirements related to cash flow and unit pricing.
• Support regulatory and compliance reporting and contribute to month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in cash flow management, treasury or a similar financial services environment.
• Demonstrated senior‑level review and peer‑review responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements across the Pacific region.
• Understanding of the superannuation industry and unit pricing concepts.
