International Trade and Compliance Leader, APAC

About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced International Trade and Compliance Leader to build a best‑in‑class trade compliance program for the APAC region. The role will guide the development of commercial dual‑use and defence technology, ensuring alignment with US and global export control regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement trade compliance policies, protections, and infrastructure consistent with ITAR, EAR and local laws.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and government agencies to align product roadmaps with compliance posture.
• Develop country‑specific classification rationales and leverage AI for rapid risk‑mitigated determinations.
• Apply for, manage and oversee export authorisations, ensuring compliance with licence scope and conditions.
• Provide guidance and training on ITAR, EAR and other regulations to regional teams.
• Support logistics on hardware exports/imports and conduct compliance assessments.

Required profile

• 10+ years of international trade compliance experience.
• Strong understanding of US and non‑US export regulations (ITAR, EAR, AUKUS, MTCR, etc.).
• Ability to obtain and maintain an NV2 security clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Customs and import filing knowledge, including FTAs and ATA Carnets.
