Internal Sales Specialist – Commercial Kitchen Equipment & Dishwashers

About the role

Richard Jay is seeking an Internal Sales Specialist to drive sales of commercial kitchen equipment, with a strong focus on commercial dishwashers, for its Brisbane team. You will manage inbound enquiries, generate new opportunities and support external Sales Executives while delivering a seamless customer experience from quotation to order.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customer accounts.
• Respond promptly to inbound sales enquiries via phone, email and website.
• Proactively contact existing and prospective customers to generate new sales opportunities.
• Prepare accurate equipment quotations, explain options and follow up to secure orders.
• Drive commercial dishwasher sales and identify cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities across laundry, warewashing and chemical solutions.
• Support external Sales Executives with customer opportunities and quotations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Required profile

• Proven asset sales experience in commercial kitchen equipment, especially commercial dishwashers.
• Track record of converting enquiries into sales and meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take a proactive approach.
• Full Australian working rights.
