Integration Lead - webMethods

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Integration Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of webMethods‑based integration solutions. You will work on complex projects that connect SAP and non‑SAP ERP systems, ensuring reliable data flow across multiple environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and migrate webMethods flows and interfaces for inbound and outbound data exchanges.
• Build and manage REST and SOAP APIs using an API Gateway.
• Integrate diverse protocols (SFTP, HTTPS, SMB) and data formats (IDOC, flat files, XML, JSON, EDI).
• Connect messaging systems (JMS, Universal Messaging) and databases via SAP and JDBC adapters.
• Configure clustering, load‑balancing, and high‑availability for webMethods runtime components.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and runtime monitoring artefacts.

Required profile

• 10+ years of hands‑on experience with webMethods development and SAP CPI/BTP projects.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and deliver integration solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of the logistics domain.
