Inside Sales Representative – B2B (6 positions)

About the role

Join Peninsula’s fast‑growing team as an Inside Sales Representative, focusing on B2B outreach across Australia. You will work from our 6‑star Sydney CBD office, supporting Business Development Managers by generating high‑quality appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound B2B phone calls to business owners and directors to uncover people and safety challenges.
• Book high‑quality appointments for Business Development Managers nationwide.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and the field‑based BD team.
• Keep the Salesforce CRM up to date with accurate notes and activity logs.
• Achieve daily and weekly KPI targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in phone‑based or face‑to‑face sales, preferably B2B.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to stay focused without clock‑watching.
• Confident, resilient and eager to learn and innovate.

Required skills

• Salesforce CRM proficiency.

• Year 1 total earnings up to $80,000 base + super plus uncapped commission (OTE $130,000).
