Inside Sales Representative – B2B (10am‑7pm)

About the role

Peninsula is seeking experienced, results‑driven Inside Sales Representatives to join its fast‑growing team in Sydney CBD. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, 10am‑7pm, focusing on outbound B2B phone outreach to business owners and directors across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound B2B phone calls to understand prospects’ people and safety challenges.
• Book high‑quality appointments for Business Development Managers nationwide.
• Build strong relationships and act as a trusted point of contact for prospects, clients, and field‑based BDMs.
• Maintain accurate notes in Salesforce CRM.
• Achieve daily and weekly KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in phone‑based or face‑to‑face sales.
• Self‑motivated, focused and able to meet targets without clock‑watching.
• Confident, resilient and eager to learn and innovate.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
