Inside Sales Representative – APAC

About the role

SolarWinds is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support its IT Service Management (ITSM) portfolio across the APAC region. Working closely with a Senior Account Executive, you will generate new business and expand existing accounts for both SaaS and on‑premise Service Desk solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Account Executive to build a consistent pipeline across APAC, focusing on net‑new organizations and expansion opportunities.
• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email and LinkedIn, and qualify inbound leads into sales opportunities.
• Research target accounts to understand structure, technology stack, existing SolarWinds products and potential ITSM use cases.
• Schedule discovery calls, demos and meetings for the Senior Account Executive and maintain accurate activity tracking in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with marketing, channel partners and regional teams to support campaigns, events and partner‑led initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, SDR or business development within SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment.
• Experience working across APAC markets or multi‑country territories is a plus.
