Inside Sales Representative – ANZ

About the role

The International Inside Sales Representative will support the International Sales team by managing inbound client inquiries, capturing requirements, and assisting with proposal development across the ANZ region. This role reports to the Senior Director of International Sales and Business Development and can be performed remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for international clients, organizing technical and programmatic requirements for hand‑off to internal teams.
• Prepare quotes and proposals, keep CRM data up‑to‑date, and track opportunity progress.
• Review solicitations and RFIs to support early‑stage qualification and capture planning.
• Coordinate virtual client discussions, presentation materials, and ensure smooth information flow between sales, engineering, operations, and legal teams.
• Occasionally travel (5‑10%) to trade events, customer meetings, or Silvus headquarters in Los Angeles.

Required profile

• Completion of secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent).
• Sales experience in a technology‑related industry.
• Proficiency with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, email, and CRM systems for daily communication.
• Ability to pass a background check.
