In‑house Content Creator – Social & Video

About the role

We Are Different is looking for an in‑house Content Creator to produce engaging, platform‑native video and social assets for top Australian brands. You will work closely with our creative, social and PR teams to turn campaign ideas into scroll‑stopping content that feels native to each platform.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative, social and PR teams to translate campaign concepts into short‑form video and social assets.
• Attend and film content shoots, events, media moments and creator activations.
• Shoot, edit and deliver TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn and emerging‑platform videos for clients, creators and agency channels.
• Generate fresh content ideas, formats and cultural trends to enrich the creative process.
• Manage the end‑to‑end production workflow from concept through final delivery.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of professional content creation experience in an agency, brand or creator environment.
• Strong instinct for what makes people stop scrolling and keep watching.
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Comfortable filming talent, creators and clients.
• Curiosity about internet culture, creators and emerging platforms.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to jump into ideas from day one.

Required skills

• Proficient filming and editing for short‑form video.
• Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar editing software.
