About the role

The Indirect Buyer will manage procurement of indirect goods and services to support daily operations at the Adelaide site, ensuring efficient processing of purchase orders and strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage purchasing of goods and services to support site operations, including facilities, maintenance, and contractor services.
  • Process purchase orders, coordinate deliveries, and maintain procurement records.
  • Support invoice processing and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Maintenance, and other teams.

Required profile

  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or related administration.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or operational environment.
  • Proven ability to manage suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
  • Familiarity with purchase order processes and ERP/purchasing systems.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
