Inbound Sales Consultant

About the role

Join hipages' Inbound Sales team to convert warm tradie enquiries into subscription sales. You’ll work in a phone‑based environment, engaging with tradie customers, understanding their needs and promoting the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Convert new tradie enquiries into subscription sales, meeting activity and revenue targets.
• Engage customers over the phone, handle objections and close deals.
• Enter customer details accurately into Salesforce CRM.
• Follow scripts and regulatory guidelines to ensure high‑quality interactions.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of high‑volume phone‑based sales experience.
• Energetic, optimistic and able to turn “no” into “yes”.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working Holiday Visa 417 holders with relevant experience are welcome.

Required skills

• Experience using Salesforce CRM.

• Base salary from $67,000 plus uncapped commission (approximately $42,000).
