In-Store Visual Merchandiser – Bondi Junction Flagship

About the role

The Visual Lead drives store sales and profitability through visual merchandising, working closely with the Management Team and Operations & Visual Managers. The role involves constant movement around the store, ensuring a clean, safe, and inviting environment while supporting overall store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and daily floor replenishment.
• Maintain strategic product presentation, restocking, destocking, and visual changes per directives.
• Plan visual floor updates with management, handling payroll and zone adjustments.
• Use reporting tools to identify placement opportunities and adjust stock levels.
• Partner with Operations & Visual Managers on budgets, inventory, vendor relations, and facilities.
• Lead and coach staff, oversee recruitment, and evaluate performance.
• Collaborate on cross‑functional training and ensure store opening/closing meets visual standards.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in a client‑centric sales environment.
• Proven leadership with strong decision‑making abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and receptive to feedback.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift, push, carry 10‑15 kg and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, and standing for an entire shift.
