In-Store Inventory Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager leads the store’s operational strategy, focusing on inventory accuracy, labor planning and ensuring the store is always ready for customers. This role combines leadership, data‑driven decision making and hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational processes, including inventory accuracy and sell‑through management.
• Investigate root causes of inventory issues and partner with the Store Manager to address process or system gaps.
• Champion operational standards on the sales floor using performance data.
• Coordinate labor hours to efficiently receive product deliveries and maintain a safe work environment.
• Represent the business in meetings, manage budget reporting and contribute to quarterly business reviews.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Physical ability to lift, move and stand for an entire shift, including handling up to 10‑15 kg.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
