ICT Manager

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage day‑to‑day ICT operations across the business.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, networks and cybersecurity.
• Manage ICT projects, upgrades and system implementations.
• Provide guidance and support to internal users and teams.
• Manage relationships with external IT providers and technology vendors.
• Develop and maintain ICT policies, procedures and security practices.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an ICT Manager, IT Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks and systems.
• Experience managing ICT projects and external providers.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and data protection.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
