Human Resources Specialist – HR Operations

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Specialist to join Sungrow’s Australian team. You will support the full employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive workplace experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily HR processes including onboarding, off‑boarding, employee changes, probation, attendance, leave administration and workflow approvals.
• Prepare, issue, track and maintain employment contracts and related documentation with accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and continuously improve HR policies, procedures and the Employee Handbook.
• Manage probation and annual performance review cycles, collect KPI documentation and support performance improvement initiatives.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee HR enquiries, providing guidance on policies, benefits, attendance and procedures.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, training, internal communications and culture initiatives.
• Provide cross‑functional HR operational support as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist or a similar role.
• Good understanding of the employee lifecycle and Australian HR practices.
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and professionalism in handling confidential information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, service‑oriented approach.

Required skills

• Mandarin proficiency (highly preferred).
