Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support a wide range of HR activities across Coral Homes. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will coordinate employee lifecycle processes, maintain HR records, ensure compliance, and contribute to a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding, internal movements, and off‑boarding of employees.
• Provide first‑level HR support on policies, procedures and HR systems.
• Coordinate performance and probation review processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and monitor compliance requirements.
• Assist with employee engagement, wellbeing, reward and recognition initiatives.
• Manage HR systems, respond to platform enquiries and conduct exit interviews.
• Support payroll administration, HR reporting, audits and continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Qualification in Human Resources or related discipline.
• At least 2 years’ experience in HR administration, coordination or officer roles.
• Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and modern awards.
• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional handling of confidential information and a customer‑service mindset.

Required skills

• Experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as Humanforce or similar platforms.
