Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will provide strategic HR support across Valiram’s diverse retail brands in the region. You will work closely with local retail management to align HR initiatives with business goals, foster a positive culture and drive employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies tailored to each brand and category.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding and retention programs to reduce turnover.
• Provide employee‑relations guidance, conduct investigations and ensure compliance with labour laws.
• Analyse HR data, produce metrics reports and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Support performance management, succession planning and change‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in retail or multi‑site environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to align HR actions with business priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS and workforce reporting tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
