HR Graduate

About the role

Estia Health is looking for an HR Graduate to join its People & Culture team in the Melbourne office. You will act as the face of the team for employees and frontline leaders, supporting reporting, policy work, workplace investigations and other HR functions. Key responsibilities

• Support reporting and data analysis for business reports
• Create and update policies and procedures
• Manage the HR advice line inbox, responding to and triaging enquiries
• Support workplace investigations and performance management
• Interpret and prepare enterprise agreements
• Manage P&C systems and processes
• Support projects, case management and cultural initiatives

Required profile

• Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and deliver projects on time and in scope
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, solution-focused approach
• Ability to build positive working relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders
• Willingness to travel as operationally required and for team development
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field is advantageous
