HR Generalist / HR Business Partner – Australia & New Zealand

About the role

POP MART is looking for an experienced HR Generalist/HR Business Partner to support its expanding operations across Australia and New Zealand. This role blends business partnering, HR operations, and office administration to create a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding and offboarding processes using Workday.
• Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR documentation.
• Maintain HRIS systems, ensuring accurate and compliant employee records.
• Coordinate probation reviews, contract changes, and overall employee lifecycle administration.
• Generate HR reports and keep compliance documentation up to date.
• Identify and implement improvements to HR processes and employee experience.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing programs, and recognition events.
• Support internal communications, company‑wide announcements, and learning & development activities.

Required profile

• Proactive HR professional with solid experience in HR generalist or HRBP functions.
• Ability to act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing practical day‑to‑day advice.
• Strong organizational skills and ownership of HR operations and employee engagement projects.
• Experience working closely with HR managers and cross‑functional leaders.
