Houseperson – Luxury Beach Resort

About the role

Join the Housekeeping Team at Pullman Bunker Bay, a 5‑star beachside resort in the Margaret River Region. As a Houseperson you will be the go‑to helper, ensuring guests receive timely items and that room attendants have the supplies they need.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritise and fulfil guest requests for amenities, bedding, cots, blankets and pillows.
• Collect used linens from rooms and transport them to the designated area.
• Assist room and public‑area attendants with cleaning tasks when required.
• Handle chemicals and cleaning equipment safely, respect guest privacy and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Provide welcoming service, answering guest questions and sharing information about resort facilities.

Required profile

• Warm, welcoming communication style that puts guests and teammates at ease.
• Strong attention to detail and efficient time‑management.
• Physical stamina for navigating stairs, pathways and pushing heavy trolleys.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
