Housekeeping Assistant Manager

About the role

The Langham, Gold Coast & The Jewel Residences is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Housekeeping Assistant Manager to support the Housekeeping Team in delivering exceptional quality and service for our luxury guests.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist with housekeeping activities across guest rooms, laundry, public areas, meeting spaces and F&B outlets.
• Support the Executive Housekeeper in day‑to‑day operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness, comfort and guest satisfaction.
• Lead by example, overseeing team performance, productivity and operational commitments.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar role at a luxury hotel, supervising teams to meet high performance standards.
• Passion for service excellence and superior hospitality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality or equivalent experience.
• Australian work rights.
