Full‑Time Waiter (Pre‑Opening)

About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at Andaz Gold Coast as a full‑time waiter during the pre‑opening phase. You will help create memorable dining experiences across our venues, welcoming guests with confidence and genuine personality.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests, take food and beverage orders, and deliver attentive service.
• Maintain strong menu and product knowledge, support smooth floor service, and keep dining spaces polished and guest‑ready.
• Collaborate closely with culinary, bar, and wider hotel teams while following responsible service, hygiene and safety standards.

Required profile

• Warm, composed and comfortable in a lively hospitality environment.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, hotel or premium hospitality venue.
• Availability across weekends, evenings and public holidays, and a current Queensland RSA certificate where applicable.

Required skills

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Polished, natural service style with attention to detail.
