Hospitality Supervisor – Front of House Boardroom

About the role

The Big Group is seeking a Front of House Boardroom Supervisor to lead premium hospitality services for internal corporate clients in its Sydney CBD venue. This full‑time position focuses on delivering high‑touch service for meetings, executive dining and events, primarily Monday‑Friday with occasional evenings for special functions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily FOH operations and meeting KPI targets.
• Plan, coordinate and execute bookings for events ranging from 2 to 200 guests, including formal dining, conferences and cocktail receptions.
• Manage the FOH team: induction, rostering, training, performance improvement and timesheet administration.
• Maintain and develop a strong coffee culture by training baristas and upskilling staff.
• Create and maintain operational collateral such as templates, checklists and process documentation.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality, preferably in corporate, hotel or premium venue settings.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and deliver event‑focused service.
• Strong organisational skills with a focus on service excellence and KPI achievement.
