Hospital Sales Specialist

About the role

Join an established specialty pharmaceutical team managing a territory across Victoria West. Represent a leading immunology therapy and build strong partnerships with public and private hospitals and specialist practices.

Key responsibilities

• Drive territory growth through strategic account planning, clinical engagement and strong customer relationships.
• Build partnerships with specialists, opinion leaders and hospital stakeholders.
• Use customer insights to identify opportunities and improve territory performance.
• Navigate hospital pharmacy and formulary processes to support account growth.
• Collaborate with Medical, Market Access and Marketing teams while maintaining high ethical and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Proven success in hospital or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong account management and territory planning across hospitals and specialist practices.
• Experience negotiating with hospital pharmacy and key decision‑makers.
• Excellent commercial, communication and influencing skills.
• Initiative, competitive mindset and adaptability.

• Understanding of hospital pharmacy and formulary processes.
