Home & Investment Lending Executive

About the role

ANZ is seeking motivated Home & Investment Lending Executives to join its growing team in the West Melbourne region. You will guide customers through the home loan journey, helping them save for, purchase, and own their homes or investment properties while delivering an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the local market.
• Coach clients through the home loan application process, from inquiry to settlement.
• Deliver high‑quality, timely service that meets ANZ’s standards for turnaround and customer satisfaction.
• Develop personal lending capability through training, coaching, and specialised support.
• Identify and act on opportunities to grow the loan book and meet growth targets.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the local property and lending market.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• Ability to work independently in a branch environment.
