About the role

Join Mecca as a Holiday Retail Assistant (Summer Host) to support our Australian Capital Territory stores during the busy holiday season from late October 2026 to January 2027. You will be the face of the store, greeting customers, sharing product knowledge and linking them to specialists.

Key responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional customer experience and create authentic connections.
Maintain a strong on‑floor presence, adapt quickly to shifting needs, and support safe, efficient store operations.

Required profile

Passionate about beauty and eager to help customers feel their best.
Flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, public holidays and extended trading hours.
Demonstrates strong product knowledge of Mecca’s hero brands.
Committed to continuous learning and upholding Mecca values.
