Head of Sales

About the role

Quant Reports is looking for a Head of Sales to own and scale the revenue engine for its investment‑reporting SaaS platform. You will work directly with the founders, building the sales process from scratch and driving new‑business growth across boutique fund managers, advice practices and research houses.

Key responsibilities

• Own the new‑business target and deliver results without a pre‑existing team.
• Build and qualify a pipeline through outbound, inbound, referrals and network outreach.
• Sell consultatively to senior buyers such as CIOs, COOs, heads of operations and compliance leads.
• Provide real‑time feedback on pricing, positioning and product signals directly to the founders.
• Define sales processes, pricing models and assist in hiring the first sales hires as the business scales.

Required profile

• Proven track record closing B2B SaaS deals, preferably within financial services, wealth management, funds or fintech/regtech.
• Credibility and understanding of the Australian investment ecosystem, including managers, licensees and advisory practices.
• High grit for early‑stage environments: comfortable with ambiguity, action‑oriented and accountable for outcomes.
