Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Join a creative digital marketing team supporting a growing fashion brand. You will translate strategic direction into high‑impact, on‑brand digital campaigns across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Shape visual style and creative direction for each campaign, ensuring modern, commercially effective output.
• Write clear, creative briefs that guide designers and set expectations for deliverables, messaging, audience, and deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal creative/design teams to produce high‑quality assets, providing direction, feedback, and approvals.
• Deliver and manage on‑brand content across website promotions, email newsletters, organic social, influencer programs, UGC initiatives, and paid ads.
• Project‑manage campaign launches, coordinating timings, handoffs, and go‑live across channels while maintaining brand consistency.
• Support the wider team with asset organisation, version control, light performance feedback, and occasional ad‑hoc marketing tasks.

Required profile

• Strong creative direction skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proven experience coordinating digital campaigns, preferably in e‑commerce, retail or consumer brands.
• Comfortable writing briefs, giving design feedback, managing multiple channels, and working closely with senior leaders.
