Head of Finance – Relocate to Bali

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Finance to lead financial strategy for a fast‑growing international sustainable fashion brand. Based in Bali, you will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape decisions, build a best‑in‑class finance function, and support rapid growth and long‑term profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy and partner with the CEO to drive business performance.
• Own finance operations, ensuring accurate reporting and strong internal controls.
• Manage and coach a small finance team.
• Oversee tax, compliance, and external financial relationships.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting to track and improve performance.
• Oversee payroll and collaborate across teams to drive performance.
• Provide financial guidance to support commercial decision‑making.
• Improve financial systems, reporting, and scalability.
• Drive efficiency through better data and automation.

Required profile

• Proven finance leader with 7+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in a senior commercial leadership role.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA).
• Strong e‑commerce or scale‑up background in retail or similar industries (highly regarded).
• Excellent business partnering and people‑management skills.
• Commercial, data‑driven, and hands‑on mindset.
• Passion for fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
