Head of Digital – ANZ (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The Head of Digital will own the strategy, profit and loss, and overall client experience for our largest ANZ store. Reporting to senior executives, you will drive e‑commerce growth, optimise digital platforms and lead high‑impact campaigns across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of AU/NZ e‑commerce revenue targets and deliver on commercial objectives.
• Monitor and optimise performance across app, mobile site and desktop platforms.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve customer acquisition, conversion and retention.
• Drive innovation in payments, delivery and the overall shopping experience.
• Lead major e‑commerce campaigns and omni‑channel events such as Black Friday.
• Identify commercial improvement opportunities using data‑driven insights and competitor analysis.
• Partner with regional teams to deliver personalised experiences across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and external partners to launch impactful initiatives.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing e‑commerce team and represent the function in leadership forums.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of digital experience, preferably in beauty or fashion.
• Tertiary education in commerce or digital technology (desirable but not essential).
• Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to set strategic direction.
• Experience managing complexity and ambiguity in fast‑paced environments.
• Collaborative leadership style with a track record of building strong relationships.
• Ability to inspire, engage and develop high‑performing teams.
