Head of Customer Success, APAC

About the role

Anthropic is building reliable, interpretable and steerable AI systems. As Head of Customer Success for APAC, you will create and lead a regional Customer Success organisation that helps strategic customers across India, Japan, Korea, ASEAN and ANZ realise the full value of Claude.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale a multi‑layered Customer Success team across APAC, managing managers and individual contributors.
• Define and execute the APAC CS strategy in partnership with global CS leadership, balancing global alignment with regional localisation.
• Own business outcomes such as customer health, retention, expansion and satisfaction for APAC accounts.
• Partner with global Sales, Product and Engineering teams to bring APAC customer priorities into product roadmaps.
• Establish scalable processes, playbooks and operating cadences that work across diverse time zones.
• Represent Anthropic with senior stakeholders, leading executive engagements, QBRs and strategic account conversations.

Required profile

• 15+ years in management consulting, technology consulting, professional services or customer‑facing advisory roles.
• Proven experience building and leading multi‑market Customer Success organisations in enterprise software, SaaS or AI/ML companies.
• Strong people leadership with a clear philosophy on hiring, coaching and developing managers and senior ICs.
• Executive presence and ability to influence C‑suite stakeholders across APAC.
• Excellent cross‑functional partnership skills, especially working across time zones with global teams.
