Head of Customer Category

About the role

As Head of Customer Category you will shape how CCEP partners with customers to unlock category and revenue growth. You will translate Category Strategy into customer plans and market execution, influencing priorities and measurable outcomes across channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Category team, setting priorities, building capability and a high‑performance culture.
• Own the application of Category Strategy across customers and channels, turning priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Drive the quality and timely delivery of Joint Business Plans, embedding consistent frameworks, customer insights and category opportunities.
• Lead range reviews and develop compelling category selling stories across range, space, visibility, price and operations.
• Deliver customer‑level category and revenue growth through improvements in shelf share, visibility and distribution of priority SKUs.

Required profile

• Senior commercial leader with extensive FMCG experience across category, sales or customer leadership roles.
• Proven record of leading category or customer strategy and delivering commercial outcomes at scale.
• Strong executive influence and storytelling skills, able to engage senior stakeholders.
• Ability to lead in a highly matrixed organisation and align multiple functions around shared outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics or related discipline.
