About the role
Minor Hotels is seeking a proactive and reliable Handyperson to join the Oaks The Entrance Waterfront Suites team. This role ensures the property is well‑presented, safe, and welcoming for guests and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out general repairs and maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, and pool facilities.
- Oversee and support external contractors when required.
- Implement and maintain the property’s preventative maintenance program.
- Keep accurate records of daily tasks, maintenance requests, and service schedules.
Required profile
- Previous hands‑on experience in building or property maintenance (12 months preferred).
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management, organisational, communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
